2. Definitions
- Company: Rag ‘n Bone Vintage
- User/customer: Any person who accesses, browses, or makes a purchase on our website.
- Website: The online webshop through which the company sells second-hand clothing.
3. Use of website
- The content of the website is for general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
- Unauthorised use of this website may result in a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
4. Products and descriptions
- We strive to provide accurate images and descriptions of our products. However, colours may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or monitor settings.
- All items are second-hand and may show signs of previous use.
5. Pricing and payment
- All prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments via iDeal, credit card & debit card.
- Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
6. Orders and acceptance
- By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) selected under these terms and conditions.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
- Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
7. Shipping and delivery
- We ship within the Netherlands, Belgium and to select international locations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen. For international orders please contact info@ragnbonevintage.com for a quote.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or any other circumstances beyond our control.
7.1 Additional shipping terms
Shipping options for the Netherlands:
- Homerr (insured up to €25): Nearest pickup point (based on delivery address via VintedGo options): €2.99
- PostNL (home delivery): €6.96
Shipping options for Belgium:
- Homerr (insured up to €25): Nearest pickup point (based on delivery address via VintedGo options): €3.99
- DHL (home delivery): €11.00
Free shipping: Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping. Shipping will be arranged via Homerr, PostNL (for NL), or DHL (for BE).
Delivery to nearest pickup point: If you choose Homerr, your package will be delivered to the nearest Homerr pickup point based on your delivery address (determined by VintedGo options). It is not possible to select a specific pickup point during checkout. However, you can email us at info@ragnbonevintage.com before placing your order to check if selecting a specific pickup point is possible.
Shipping duration:
- Homerr (NL): Shipping takes around 3–5 business days.
- Homerr (NL to BE): Shipping takes around 4–7 business days.
- PostNL (NL): Delivers within 1–2 business days.
- DHL (NL to BE): Delivers within 2–3 business days.
Uncollected packages: If the package is not collected, the paid shipping costs will not be refunded. You will also be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees for re-delivery or return.
Return period: For Homerr: The 14-day return period begins once the package has arrived at the Homerr pickup point.
For PostNL and DHL: The 14-day return period starts after the parcel has been delivered to your home.
8. Returns and refunds
- Online purchases can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact info@ragnbonevintage.com for instructions.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products purchased in person at events (markets). Items purchased in person are not photographed for upload and therefore we cannot identify its original condition.

10. Intellectual property
