    Rag ‘n Bone Vintage is a second-hand clothing business offering a curated selection of high-quality, second-hand clothing. We specialise in high quality, unique and vintage pieces and aim to promote sustainable fashion.

    Sizes vary because every product is unique. We measure every item and list the item with this description. We advise you to measure something at home to compare.

    Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to try on an item from the website. However, exact measurements are included on the product page. All items are unique unless listed as brand new with tags. We regularly attend various vintage markets in the Netherlands where you can try products before purchasing; see our upcoming events here.

    To place an order, simply browse our collection, select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout, where you can review your order and complete the payment process.

    All clothing is thoroughly cleaned, inspected and measured before shipping to our customers. If the item has any defects these will be pictured and described in the listing.

    We strive to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality images of our products. However, please note that colours may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or monitor settings. All items are second-hand and may show signs of previous use.

    Shipping costs vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. The total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. We offer both domestic (within the Netherlands) and select international shipping options. For international orders please contact info@ragnbonevintage.com.

    We aim to dispatch all orders next day however guarantee dispatch within 2 business days.

    Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Generally, domestic orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 2-5 business days. International shipping times will vary and can take between 7-21 business days.

    Yes, all online purchases can be returned items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@ragnbonevintage.com for instructions.

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, as long as it has been returned in the same condition we will process your refund within 14 days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. We can not accept responsibility for returns that get lost in transit.

    Oops! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately at info@ragnbonevintage.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
