At Rag ‘n Bone Vintage, we aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Carrier: We ship all domestic (Netherlands) orders via PostNL. (Please contact info@ragnbonevintage.com for international orders and bespoke shipping quotes)
  • Dispatch Time: While we always aim to ship your order the next day, we guarantee dispatch within 2 business days.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a Track & Trace number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
  • Delays: If there are any delays, please check your Track & Trace link. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

Returns

Changed your mind? Oops! Returning an item happens to the best of us, don’t worry, here’s what you need to do:

All online purchases can be returned items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

  1. Email us: Send an email to info@ragnbonevintage.com with the following details:
  • Reason for return: Why are you returning the item?
  • Order information: Include your order number and any relevant details.
  1. Ship the item: Return your order to the address provided by email.
  • Please note return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Returning a defective item

We’re sorry to hear that your item isn’t perfect. Here’s how to proceed:

    1. Contact us immediately: Send an email to info@ragnbonevintage.com with a description of the issue and your order information including detailed pictures of the problem item that we can compare to our inspection pictures.
    2. Await return instructions: We will guide you on the next steps. Typically, you may need to bring the item sealed in its packaging to a local drop-off point and send us the receipt. We will refund the return shipping cost to you upon return inspection.

Sale items

Please note that sale items cannot be refunded. We encourage you to consider your purchase carefully, as these items are final sale. If you have any questions about a sale item before purchasing, feel free to contact us for more information.

Returns from markets and events

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased at markets and events. Since these items are not photographed, we cannot confirm their original condition. We appreciate your understanding.
